The Black Keys Cancel Their European Tour After Drummer Patrick Carney Injures His Shoulder

European Black Keys fans are disappointed to hear that the blues-rock band announced it’s canceling 17 shows in France, Germany, the UK and other countries. All due to their drummer, Patrick Carney, injuring his shoulder.

“We are very sorry to have to cancel our upcoming performances through March 10. Patrick needs time to heal,” says the band in a post on their website. “We thank all of our fans for their support and we’re looking forward to getting back on the road.”

Although the group did attempt to reschedule

Due to prior scheduled commitments and venue availability, efforts to reschedule the original dates were unsuccessful; therefore all tickets will be refunded in full at their point of purchase.
