Dead Kennedys Fans Could Face Misdemeanor After Performing Sex Act On Stage

A man and a woman have yet to be convicted of a misdemeanor after engaging in a mutual act of sex during a Dead Kennedys set.

During a show at the Belly Up Tavern, whose name rather serendipitously fits the occasion for which this story exists, a man and a woman saw fit to engage in some punk-driven sex onstage. ABC’s news team 10, ever diligent and responsive to the most illicit and shocking news throughout the country, sent a special investigator to the scene afterwards to gather more information. During an interview with Chris, an attendee of the concert, the investigator brought to light several interesting truths, such as the fact that Chris had never seen this sort of behavior at a concert before, which was considered a definitive statement due to his having been to “a lot of concerts”. Chris also shared that such activity was an oddity at a specifically punk concert, where people usually just “yell and scream at the establishment”.  According to ABC’s investigator reports that Chris was “barely feet away” during this incident.

According to the law, charges will not be brought down upon the couple as long unless the sheriff’s office receives complaints from people who may have been disturbed by witnessing such an event. So far, no one has called.

This is not the first time Dead Kennedys have had a brush with the shockingly nude. They were involved in a particularly long trial regarding their choice of artwork for their 1985 album Frankenchrist, which displays the subject of H.R. Giger’s Penis Landscape. Who knows what the original vocalist, Jello Biafra, who was still in the band at the time of the Penis Landscape trial, would have thought were he onstage for the Belly Up Tavern experience.

News of the endeavor spread quickly, garnering more than 4,000 upvotes on Reddit.
