WATCH: FKA Twigs Releases New Video For “Pendulum”

Tahliah Barnett, well known as FKA twigs, has presented a self-directed video for “Pendulum,” one of the hit songs off her debut LP1 and No. 11 in mxdwn’s Top 40 Songs of 2014.

Recently announced as Coachella-2015 performing act, FKA twigs definitely does not lose time directing videos for her own music, being seriously good at that.

Being more similar in style to the vid for “Two Weeks” than to the primary “Pendulum” clip, the video presents FKA tied to the ceiling with ropes which later appear to be her hair, tenderly singing like she has nothing to lose. With Tahliah mimicking liquid metal and performing gymnastic moves with confidence, we might agree with undertheradarmag.com, describing FKA twigs new video as “an incredibly powerful and artistic watch.”
