The Melvins announced the release of a special edition vinyl of 2010’s The Bride Screamed Murder, and a set at Permanent Records in L.A.
The Melvins have announced the release of a vinyl edition of The Bride Screamed Murder, and will be performing a set at Permanent Records in Los Angeles.
The Bride Screamed Murder, which was released in 2010, was the first Melvins’ record to reach the Billboard 200 Pop Charts, and was also proclaimed the No. 8 metal album of the year by Exclaim!
On The Melvins’ Facebook page, there was a picture of King Buzzo holding the new special edition vinyl, with the caption, “Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! (Permanent Records in L.A.)”
King Buzzo was recently featured in the Xbox One video game Sunset Overdrive, and the artist also released new album earlier this year, Hold It In, which was the band’s twentieth studio album.
The Melvins will be performing at Permanent Records in Los Angeles this Sunday, January 4th.
