Ministry recently released the previously unreleased song “Anything For You”. According to Slicing Up Eyeballs, the song comes for the “With Sympathy” era.
“Anything For You” was released by Ministry band leader, Al Jourgensen. This came as a shock due to Jourgensen’s usual feelings of distancing himself from the band’s early days. The song is from 1983.
Jourgensen released the track as part of his “Ministry Mondays” series. Every Monday Jourgensen gives away remixes of tracks. The vast majority of them are off the groups most recent albums Relapse and From Beer to Eternity.
“Anything For You” was performed once by the band when Ministry played it while on tour in 1984. Jourgensen put up the following statement with the track, “ [It is a] rare, never-before-released song from With Sympathy.”
