Rapper Beanie Sigel has been hospitalized after being shot in New Jersey. He remains in critical condition.
Beanie Sigel has been shot outside a home in Pleasantville, New Jersey after an altercation broke out. His lawyer, Fortunato Perri, Jr, has said that the rapper was not the intended target of the shooting, as reported on Pitchfork.
The bullet struck him in the stomach and went out his back and has been taken into surgery. According to NBC Philadelphia, a second man named Umar Salahuddin, was involved but was only injured but has not been cooperating with the police, although the shooting took place at the home his family owns.
Sadly Sigel has been shot before when 5 men tried to rob him but managed to get away.
