Alt-J released a new alternative video for the song “Left Hand Free.” They previously released a video for this song in August, but this is new alternative version. The band had also previously released two different videos for the song “Every Other Freckle,” so they have a knack of telling different stories with the same song.
The new video for “Left Hand Free” starts off like a good time. It’s a bunch of young people, who are presumably rich considering that bodyguards line their party. Everything is good and fun but a twist at the end of the video makes things grim and shows how even the most perfect life will never truly be perfect.
The English band, who recently performed at the Red Bull Sound Space at KROQ, will be headlining show at Madison Square Garden in March 2015, after their recent success in the US. Their album This Is All Yours was released back in September.
