On the cusp of releasing their first studio album in eight years, timeless English punk rock legends the Buzzcocks have unveiled their latest music video.
“It’s Not You”, is the ninth song off of their forthcoming album, The Way, which is scheduled for a November release.
Formed in 1976, the band seems to have maintained their 80s roots – the video’s influence from the era is nothing less than apparent. The music video depicts the band in a grungy, washed out effect while each member rocks out with their respective instrument (or voice) in front of a plain brick wall. At times the band transitions into varying colors while the chorus “it’s not you” is repeated emanating both angst and power. The thunderous boom of the accompanying guitar riffs and drumming reiterates the band’s knack for that classic punk rock sound.
Buzzcocks’ ninth studio album will see its official U.S. release on November 18th under 1-2-3-4 GO! Records. You can pre-order a physical copy here.
