In the midst of their tour in support for their new album, Catacombs Of The Black Vatican, Black Label Society has just added on new tour dates that extend well into the early portion of next year. The band will also be a part of a brand new festival taking place later on this year.
Black Label Society has been around for many years, yet there hasn’t been a year yet where the band has hit its stride as much as it has this year. Their latest album was a huge chart-topper and showcased every facet of what has made the band sound better than ever over the past few years, specifically the power of the guitars and the huge strides that Zakk Wylde’s voice has made. Despite being in the middle of a massive tour in support of the album, Black Label Society shows no signs of putting on the brakes just yet, announcing a whole spat of dates that extend into early 2015. Black Label Society will also play a part in the first annual Knotfest festival, sharing the stage with Five Finger Death Punch and Volbeat. Additionally, Wylde himself has been added on for some dates for the Experience Hendrix 2014 Tour alongside Kenny Wayne Shepard, Johnny Lang, and Buddy Guy.
