Diplo and Skrillex will be performing at Madison Square Garden on New Year’s Eve. If you weren’t already looking forward to the biggest party of the year, you should be now.
Pitchfork calls them “DJ culture’s reigning men,” and that means this NYE is going to be nothing short of amazing. They will be joined by a slew of mysterious special guests. You can buy your tickets on the 19th- they go on sale at 12pm EST, so sent an alarm if you want a shot of attending.
Diplo’s last album came out last year. He’s been a staple producer for a while now, working with everyone from Beyonce to Bieber, Pharrell and Madonna. One of the biggest names in electronic music, Skrillex too has collaborated with big names like Passion Pit, Chance the Rapper, and Diplo. And that last collab is going even further now.
The show will have Diplo and Skrillex performing individually, but also as Jack U, their new joint project. Jack U’s first single features up and coming Canadian artist Kiesza.
