Antemasque Announces Fall 2014 Tour Dates

Newly formed band Antemasque has announced their fall tour dates, as well as cover art and a full track list for their debut album.

Earlier this year, The Mars Volta’s Cedric Bixler-Zavala, Omar Rodríguez-López, and Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea formed Antemasque. The result? A jazzy-funk rock sound that combines the best of both The Mars Volta and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Antemasque has already delivered two punchy numbers: the first, “4 AM” coming out right after the band announced its formation. The second, “Hangin In The Lurch” is an upbeat track that incorporates punk-rock elements.

In addition to these two singles, the entire album had been up for purchase on Bandcamp earlier, but it was taken down in order to have a proper release before the international tour. The self-titled debut LP will allegedly come out in October via Nadie Sound. You can check out the tour dates and full track list below.
