The man who attacked and bit another attendant at the Chicago Lollapalooza music festival has been charged for his crime. Chicago residents will no longer have to worry about becoming someone else’s supper anytime soon.
During the Chicago Lollapallooza music festival, a man was arrested for biting another festival attendant. 33-year old, Sergio Vicenteno, has now been locked up for his indecent behavior. According to Spin, “Sergio Vicenteno, was booked on Wednesday, August 20, on two counts of aggravated battery at a public venue, according to RedEye. He is being held on $60,000 bail.”
The attack happened during a three-day concert series in Chicago’s Grant Park, when 29-year old, Ben Lenet, was bitten by Vicenteno. Lenet describes the incident as a strange happening: “The attacker then turns his head and clamps his teeth into my arm for a good 5 seconds. He’s not nipping at me. He’s trying to bite through my arm.” Lenet continues, “The attacker has now taken 10-15 blows to the head and been punted in the face. He gets up and walks away. Not stumbling. Not woozy. He just fucking walked away in a straight line. CPD would later tell me they only see assailants like that who are on PCP or bath salts.”
Vicenteno’s strange behavior is still unclear, but it has been confirmed that Sergio Vicenteno has been arrested.
