Zimmer is an early 20-something Parisian house producer currently signed to DiscoTexas. But don’t let his age fool you, there is a TON of hype surrounding Zimmer right now, worldwide. His sound has been described as “Horizontal Disco”, blending playful beachy melodies and strong disco-influenced rythym and beats. Popular tracks include Galapagos, which is somewhat evocative of Russ Chimes’ 2013 single and fancy Summer anthem Take Me Out, as well as Sensify Me, which features KLP on vocals. His most popular tracks currently being played in San Francisco clubs are his remix of Danish artist Mø’s track Don’t Wanna Dance (the remix sounds so much like The XX!) and his remix of UK quartet Clean Bandit’s track Rather Be featuring Jess Glynne. Zimmer has also furthermore remixed musical heavyweights and icons Rod Steward and Tina Turner. Energetic and playful, Zimmer’s material is sure to get you dancing.
