The most recent event in the Red Bull Sound Select concert series was held at the Sayer’s Club on July 23rd. Curated by KCRW, it included local acts, as always.
The rather loud and crowded Sayers Club was perhaps not the best venue to highlight Sea Wolf’s soft and mellow music. But the folks in the crowd who were there to see the music were mesmerized by Sea Wolf’s dream-like sound.
Also featured were local DJs White Rainbow and Rare Times, who played tracks off their recently released EP, Missionary.
