Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth is putting together the Thurston Moore Band, which features fellow Sonic Youth member Steve Shelley, My Bloody Valentine’s Debbie Googe and UK musician James Sedwards.
Moore is getting ready for the release of a new solo album, but he is also putting together an ensemble that is going on tour beginning August 19 at Ocii in Amsterdam. The former Sonic Youth singer and guitarist had already announced fall tour dates with Sebadoh, but has added more with his new band, all of which you can see below.
