Tragedy struck Chicago music festival Lollapalooza when one man was shot to death and another was severely wounded at an unofficial Lollapalooza afterparty at a Chicago nightclub.
The incident happened outside Bodi, a venue on the Near North Side of Chicago that was hosting the afterparty, just before 4 in the morning. Rapper Nas was featured as a special guest at the event, but he was no longer at the venue when the shooting happened.
Police had heard gunshots and found the suspect, who fled the scene and has not yet been captured by law enforcement. Reports say that the shooting began with a disagreement earlier in the night between venue security and a patron who was not allowed in the club.
