The Flaming Lips Announces Show Doing Transmissions From The Satellite Heart In Its Entirety 9/14 at First Avenue In Minneapolis

The Flaming Lips will be performing their entire album, Transmissions From the Satellite Heart, on September 14. They will be playing eleven songs, including one hit record, She Don’t Use Jelly.

A recent Instagram post by band member Wayne Coyne confirmed that the band will be putting on a big show in 46 days. He stated,

Flaming Lips will be playing all of their songs from their sixth album that was released in 1993. This was their first album that had their biggest radio hit to date called “She Don’t Use Jelly.” After being featured on MTV, this song became popular and a covered by many celebrities. The show will also include songs like “Turn It On,” “Be My Head,” “When Yer Twenty Two…”
