WATCH: Bleached Release New Video For “Poison Ivy”

Rock and roll post punk gal band Bleached, comprised of sisters Jennifer and Jessica Clavin, released a new music video for track, “Poison Ivy” off their three-song For The Feel EP. The tracks are available digitally or on vinyl before the release on September 16.

The latest video out of the LA indie band features a retro cable access performance for Check Yo Ponytail TV show’s pilot episode. Directed by Jesus Rivera, the clip has the pink haired, leather and flannel clad girls messing with an old static television as they watch themselves perform the summery and poisonous tune. The static yet technicolor television viewing melds elements of video eras past, consistent with the girl’s unique aesthetic.

The summertime vibes continue with this track following last month’s release of title track, For The Feel, off the EP which the girls mentioned is largely inspired by The Kinks. This EP, as well as the June released music video for “Dead In Your Head” off  Ride Your Heart, supports their upcoming tour performing with Best Coast, Dum Dum Girls, and Haim up the coast of California in August and into early fall.
