Ryan Adams Announces Self Titled Album For September 2014 Release

Singer-songwriter Ryan Adams has announced that he will be releasing a self-titled, self-produced album on September 9.

The forthcoming album will be Adams’s first since Ashes & Fire in 2011. It will also be the first to be released on the Pax Am/Blue Note combined, the former being the Los Angeles studio owned by Adams.

Ryan Adams is now available for pre-order. The 7″ vinyl single “Gimme Something Good,” the opening track for the new LP, debuted on July 1 as the first in series of singles. It will be available for immediate download when the album is pre-ordered on iTunes or Amazon.

Adams will be touring parts of the U.S. in July and August, including stops at the Newport Folk Festival and the XPoNential Music Festival. See below for full tour dates and the tracklisting for Ryan Adams.
