Ramble John “RJ” Krohn, better known as RJD2, is an American DJ and music producer. Beginning on the label Fondle ‘Em, RJD2 released Your Face or Your Kneecaps in 2001. To release his debut,Deadringer, the artist moved to Definitive Jux in 2002. He released his second album Since Last We Spoke in 2004 and Magnificent City two years later. During this time RJD2 released the albums 8 Million Stories and Things Go Better with RJ and Al with Blueprint under the name Soul Position. In 2007 Third Hand was released on XL Records. Two years later, RJD2 broke off to form his own label, RJ’s Electrical Connections, where he reissued Your Face or Your Kneecaps, The Horror, and Since We Last Spoke. This was followed by The Colossus in 2010. Under yet another name, The Insane Warrior, RJD2 released We Are the Doorways the next year. In 2013 he released More Is Than Isn’t, his fifth studio album.
