Got A Girl, the collaborative project between Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Dan “The Automator” Nakamura, has released a music video for their first single.
The video, which is all in black-and-white, features Winstead and Nakamura as a couple dealing with issues that could appear in any relationship. The aesthetic of the video matches up with the track, “Did We Live Too Fast,” which has a mostly retro sound with a slightly modern twist. It was directed by comic book writer and illustrator Hope Larson.
The duo’s debut album, I Love You But I Must Drive Off This Cliff Now, will be out on July 22 via Bulk Recordings. You can watch the music video below.
