It’s been five years since La Roux released her self-titled album, along with the extremely catchy “Bulletproof,” which is likely still ringing in your ears from the heavy radio play it attained. She’s been teasing her upcoming album with several new song leaks, and now we have the fittingly titled “Tropical Chancer”, an island jam that will have you moving in no time.

Off La Roux’s album Trouble in Paradise, due out in the U.S. July 8th, “Tropical Chancer” follows the leak of “Let Me Down Gently” and “Uptight Downtown”. The latter of these also features an island beat, possibly hinting the entire Trouble in Paradise may possess something of a tropical theme.
Until fans can know for sure, La Roux can be found supporting New Order on tour this summer. Get psyched for the shows with a listen of her sexy and fun new single:
