Jeff Bridges and the Abiders have announced their 2014 tour dates. Tour dates include shows in Vegas, New York, and Chicago.
In 2011 Bridges and his band began performing widely since the release of his self-titled album. For the 2014 tour, his daughter Jessie is expected to be the opening act for select dates. In addition, Bridges and Sheryl Crow will co-host and perform on June 26 at the all-star Austin City Limits benefit concert. The concert will be honoring the series’ 40 year anniversary.
Alongside his music career, Bridges has also done some act. He won an Oscar award for his role as a fading music legend in the 2009 movie Crazy Heart. Also, he will star in the upcoming movie The Giver, opening this August.
