Gary Glitter Charged With Eight Sex Offenses For Abusing Young Girls

Glam rock artist Gary Glitter was recently charged with multiple offenses, adding on to his troubled legal history.

Glitter, whose legal name is Paul Gadd, will face four counts of indecent assault, one of administering a drug to facilitate sexual intercourse, and one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under 13, and Glitter has also been charged with two accounts of indecent assault of a girl aged 13 or 14.

The recent charges add to unfortunate list for Glitter, who was jailed in Vietnam in the 2000’s for lewd conduct with underage girls, in addition to his involvement in the “Yewtree” child molestation scandal.

For his more recent crimes, Glitter is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on June 19th.
