Pennywise Announces New Album Yesterdays For July 2014 Release

Southern California-based Pennywise have announced the release of their new album, Yesterdays, on July 15.

The punk legends will release their 11th studio album in 26 years as a band, via Epitaph Records. Frontman Jim Lindberg, who left the band in 2009, returned for the album and live performances. Some songs on the record were written by Pennywise’s since-deceased bassist, Jason Thirsk, and have finally been properly recorded in-studio.

The band will be touring with The Offspring and Bad Religion on the Summer Nationals tour. In addition, they will play two album release shows and a festival appearance at Aftershock.
