La Roux has released a new video for the song “Let me Down Gently”. According to Entertainment Weekly, the song is, “driven by atmospheric thumps and Elly Jackson’s powerful vocals, the song [“Let Me Down Gently”] feels like a promising preview of La Roux’s upcoming album.”

“Let Me Down Gently” is from the forthcoming La Roux album Trouble in Paradise. The expected album release date is July 8 in the US and July 7 in the UK.
According to pitchfork.com, the new video accurately depicts the feelings and the overall vibe of the song. They describe it saying, “the clip mirrors the song’s claustrophobic-to-widescreen feel”.
