Aaron Freeman is “the artist formerly known as Gene Ween.” The former Ween frontman returns to the music world with new band — FREEMAN — and a new lifestyle — addiction-free. FREEMAN has just announced fall 2014 tour dates, accompanied by a new song from the self-titled album scheduled for release on July 22.
On the new track, “The English and Western Stallion,” we can hear Aaron Freeman’s new blues-rock sound and deeply personal lyrics. FREEMAN’s debut U.S. tour kicks off on September 16 in Providence and takes the band all the way across the country to the west coast, then wraps up in Columbia, MO on November 8.
Below, listen to the “The English and Western Stallion,” then take a look at FREEMAN’s upcoming fall 2014 tour dates.
