East Coast and West Coast put aside their differences in this collaboration between hardcore chaos group Trash Talk and rising hip-hop artist Flatbush Zombies. The track “97.92” now has an accompanying music video.
The two groups are working together as part of the Converse-sponsored collaboration compilation album CONS EP VOL. 1. The video is fittingly trippy for the song, with a fish-eye lens type of view and lots of switching between locations, including a skate park, a boat traveling on the water and some less-identifiable locations. It was shot on several different GoPro cameras on drone octo-copter. Check it out below:
Trash Talk has their own album as well, titled No Peace, that will be released in May. They recently played at SXSW in Austin, Texas. Flatbush Zombies will be performing at Soundset 2014 in May, Free Press Summer Fest in May/June and The Hudson Project Festival in July.
