According to a recent article, Jello Biafra, formerly of the Dead Kennedy’s, is set to tour with his new band The Guantanamo School of Medicine. Also discussed in the article is a video in which Biafra shows off his extensive and eclectic record collection. His band will join Negative Approach as they play venues throughout North America, but only after Biafra and crew travel through Europe.
After leaving the Kennedys, Biafra has still managed to stay busy. Whether recording vocals on the albums of other bands, performing live poetry as spoken word artist, or recording and playing with the Guantanamo School of Medicine, he’s still managing to escape being easily defined.
