Norwegian DJ Todd Terje, who recently put forth a debut studio CD entitled It’s Album Time, has released a video for the track “Leisure Suit Preben”. The hilarious four-minute video features an unknown actor wandering around for a drunken late night stroll, encountering all manner of shiny objects and puppet faces. As the pace of the song winds up, our hero stumbles into a 70’s inspired nightclub where he struts his stuff for the sexy ladies.
A long time popular for his collaborations with Franz Ferdinand and Robbie Williams, Terje has now taken his vibrant electronic melody to new disco imbibed levels with his solo offerings. Last year he headlined the Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival and now seems poised to takeover radio waves and television screens with his upbeat rhythms.
