Thee Oh Sees Announce Hiatus Is Over, Announce Tour Dates and Release New Video for “Drop”

The psychedelic garage punk band gets back together after a 5 month break. Album, tour and video, when TOS comes back they bring all the guns.

Let’s get the story straight: on december last year we announced the temporary separation of the group which was posted on their official website as a “well deserved break and a transitional period”. Transitional it was as all band members were relocating from the bay area to different areas, the official announcement also mentioned a new record coming on early 2014 and that they “will see where the live show goes from there…”. A couple of months ago we also announced the release of ‘Penetrating Eye’, the first single out of Drop – the aforementioned album – which will be released on April 19th, AKA Record Store Day.

Well, the new record is just around the corner and TOS is ready to rock audiences again. Plus, a new video for their latest single “Drop” is out. Check it out after the jump.
