Annie Clark, otherwise known as St. Vincent, made yet another appearance on IFC’s skit show Portlandia, and her performance rings even truer to what potentially happens while she’s on the road.

Fred Armisen heckles St. Vincent on the upcoming episode, acting like a 6-year-old with enough “But why?” questions for a child to ever muster. Clark, of course, is not the first musician to grace the screen of Portlandia – Eddie Vedder made lasting impression in the show’s second season, as did Portland’s own Isaac Brock.
Armisen and Carrie Brownstein also proved how much music means to the show by turning Portlandia into something of a band as they toured parts of the US with Portlandia: The Tour from 2011-12.
