The Sled Island Music & Arts Festival released its first round of lineup announcements and now we’ve got the second wave of lineup announcements posted below. There will be over 250 bands performing and tons of other shows including arts events, comedy shows, film screenings and more. Check out the lineup below.
Sled Island is an annual festival held in over 30 venues in Calgary, Alberta. For the geography experts, that’s in Canada. Lasting four days, the festival brings people together to get acquainted with new music, musicians and artists. The festival has been around since 2007 and helps to foster creative talents from all over North America. They showcase music, film, and other visual arts.
This year is a special one. Since last year’s festivities were cancelled due to flooding, this year’s event will be an important re-installation of the festival’s nurturing atmosphere and it will be bigger than ever.

Festival Passes are on sale now. The Discovery pass gives access to all the shows and is $199, and the Discovery plus pass allows for priority entrance as well as lounge access and is $349. There is also an All-ages pass for those under 18 years old costing only $50 and that will offer entrance into only the all-ages venues. Find out more details and buy tickets here!
