Oh so talented folk singer song writer, Sharon Van Etten, has just announced her newest album, Are We There. Her highly anticipated fourth album is scheduled to be released in May 2014.

Are We There‘s recording was split between the studios NJ’s Hobo Sound Studios, Weehawken, and the Electric Lady Studios. Impressively, Sharon Van Etten co-produced the album with Stewart Lerman.
Her first album, Because I Was In Love, was released in 2009, and her second album, fittingly titled, Epic, later in 2010. The most recent album, Tramp, came out in 2012. Shortly following that release, Van Etten performed her new song, Tarifa. Through a rather busy past few years, Sharon Van Etten has developed a loyal audience and an evident respect from her co-producers.
