Foster the People to Perform Free Show at SXSW 2014 at Butler Park Stage at Lady Bird Lake

Indie pop outfit Foster the People will play a free show for SXSW 2014 at Butler Park in Austin.

The show will not only be free, but also open to the public. Foster the People will play on Friday, March 14, at the Butler Park Stage at Lady Bird Lake. The show comes just in time for the release of their new album, Supermodel, which drops on March 18. After their highly-praised 2011 album, Torches, many are looking forward to what’s next from the band.

Butler Park will be hosting free shows for SXSW this year while Auditorium Shores is under renovation. SXSW registrants, wristband holders, and the general public – with free guest passes – will be able to attend the shows held there.
