Adding heavily to the excitement of the Grammys was the pairing of funk legends Stevie Wonder and Chic’s Nile Rodgers with Pharrell Williams for Daft Punk’s performance of “Get Lucky.”
Williams led the group through the single he helped Daft Punk reach #1 on the charts with last year, as well as a mash-up of songs from all the greats on the stage – “Get Lucky,” Chic’s “Le Freak, “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” and Wonder’s “Another Star” were all articulately crafted together in the performance.
