Mogwai are leveling a path for the release of their upcoming full length Rave Tapes which drops January 21 in the States (January 20 elsewhere). Read on to get a peek at all the goodies promised to those that buy the limited, deluxe edition of the record.

Rave Tapes will be available in all the standard formats like vinyl, CD and digital download, but the really eye-catching package will be the recently announced Deluxe Edition. Those wishing the deluxe experience will receive:
– Loser Edition vinyl of the album – limited, colored-vinyl version
– Bonus 7″ including one new, non-album track, with an art etching on the B-side (this is the same 7″ offered as a free gift with purchase of the regular version of Rave Tapes)
– Bonus, colored-vinyl 12″ with two additional, exclusive, new, non-Rave Tapes songs.
– 3 12″×12″ art prints of the cover art from all of the vinyl pieces in the box
– 40-page, hardcover book of studio photography by Steve Gullick taken during the recording of the album.
– CD copy of the album and digital download codes for each of the vinyl records included.
This hardcover release will be limited to 500 copies and can currently be pre-ordered on the Sub Pop site for total of $80 (with additional t-shirt package variants available). Fans can also check out Mogwai on the road this spring as they do some serious touring throughout the US in April and May.
