We are the people, created equal shouts the bridge ‘Bows and Arrows’ intends to be a new hymn by the Leeds indie-rockers and you couldn’t expect less from a band how announced recently their upcoming production as a “second debut”, as reported on mxdwn. A catchy riff by the guitar grabs your ears with no intention to let go, followed by edgy rhythm section parts and soaring voice chanting about unity, togetherness and a sense of nothing-is-impossible if you team with THE one. Chiefs’ singer Ricky Wilson commented for Rolling Stone:
(…) I liked the idea of bows and arrows are pretty useless on their own but when you get them together, they can be quite formidable”
