New Orleans’ own “small town heroes” Hurray for the Riff Raff are set to release their label debut on ATO Records early next year.
Hurray for the Riff Raff, a country/folk band from Louisiana’s beloved musical city, are making waves with their upcoming LP, Small Town Heroes. Produced by front woman Alynda Lee Segarra and engineered by Andrija Tokic of fellow Americana revivalists Alabama Shakes, the album is already receiving positive praise from the likes of NPR and Mojo with Segarra drawing comparisons to a young Loretta Lynn.
Small Town Heroes is out February 11th of next year on APO Records. Until then, check them out on tour this month with folk rocker Amos Lee.
