Canadian electro-funk duo Chromeo made an appearance on Fallon Tuesday night to perform their new single, “Sexy Socialite,” with fellow Canadians Jesse F. Keeler and Sebastien Grainger aka Death From Above 1979 lending their instrumental capabilities.
Chromeo have returned! Last month they announced the impending release of new album and shared a new track with fans, the first material we’ve heard from them since 2010. The official release date for the LP, White Woman, has yet to be announced, but it’s looking like sometime early next year.
And how about Death From Above? Aside from Grainger’s upcoming solo album, the duo has been pretty quiet since their reformation in 2011. However, with this performance and rumors of new material in the works, fans can rest assured that the noise-rockers are still alive and kicking.
