The deliciously apocalyptic production duo Teargas and Plateglass are streaming two new songs, “Drugger” and “A Uniquely Hostile Place”. Listen up.
With two full lengths under their belt, 2001’s self-titled debut and 2004’s Black Triage, the duo is making themselves heard again with some new material. Harnessing the power of doom metal within the context of electronica and hip hop, Teargas and Plateglass carve themselves out a nice little niche that very few other acts frequent. Intriguingly little is known about the origins of the group, but it’s almost better that way given the utter dread and sense of foreboding that their music inspires.
