Arcade Fire is playing the season premiere of SNL on September 28th, and will follow the show with a half hour music special at 1am. Details are vague, but the wait won’t be long.
After announcing their new album, Reflektor, through various works of graffiti, Arcade Fire have been revealed to be the featured band for this season’s SNL premiere, hosted by Tina Fey, on September 28th. Not only that, but the indie group will have their own half our music special directly after the show. With the album release and show announcement, the band certainly have a lot going on recently – and on top of that they are scoring the new Spike Jonze’ film, Her. Few details of Reflektor have leaked, but there has been confirmation that David Bowie collaborated with them on the title track.
