The new Spike Jones film, Her, which is set to be scored by Arcade Fire, will feature songs by artists such as Karen O of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, who has just released a stream of “The Moon Song,” which will appear in the film.
In the film itself, Joaquin Phoenix plays a character who falls in love with a computer. “The Moon Song” is sung in the film by Phoenix and Scarlett Johansen, who voices the computer. Karen O recorded a version of her own for the film, which can be heard right here:
