Glasser Announces New Album Interiors Set for October 2013 Release

The hugely lauded queen of critic-picks Cameron Mesirow–AKA Glasser–preps for a followup to her debut druggy mantra-pop record Ring, releasing a liquid metal video for album opener “Shape.”

In the interim since Ring, Glasser has toured the world alongside pop giants Jónsi (of Sigur Rós), The xx, and Delorean (who produced remix of Glasser’s “Treasury of We”), meanwhile moving her home base from California to the Big Apple. Interiors emerged out of that transitional upheaval, as an expression of a West-coast native and mild agoraphobe shackled to big city neurosis. This is the emotional backdrop against which Mesirow defines herself in Interiors, whose content is therefore “more considered, confident, and sharply personal album than its predecessor.”

Mark your calendars. Interiors is out on True Panther Sounds October 8.
