Instrumental rock band Grails has released a new song from their upcoming collection, Black Tar Prophecies Vol’s 4, 5 & 6.
The Portland, Oregon-based band put out their last full-length album, Deep Politics, in 2011. Black Tar Prophecies Vol’s 4, 5 & 6 is due out on October 15 of this year. “Self-Hypnosis” is the second track on the collection, which contains 12 songs total over three volumes of the Black Tar series.
The drummer for Grails is Emil Amos, whose other musical projects include Om and Lilacs & Champagne. Grails will be touring with the latter group, as well as Wrekmeister Harmonies, in the fall. You can also pre-order their new collection.
