A video has recently shown up on YouTube of Faith No More circa 1984 featuring Courtney Love as the singer.

It is known that Courtney Love was one of the original singers of Faith No More in the early 80s. Her run with the band was short, until singer Chuck Mosley joined the band. It is reported that Mosley joined in 1983, but the video of Courtney Love is reported to be from 1984.

The confusing date of the audio mixed with the lack of released FNM music featuring Love, apparently at her request, makes this quite a rare piece of audio. Mxdwn.com has reached out to founder and bassist Billy Gould for confirmation of the legitimacy of the video, to which he replied, “Sounds authentic to me.” Take a listen here:
