Singer-songwriter, activist, and master of guitar voodoo Ben Harper announces his acoustic Fall 2013 Tour, which will feature selections from his entire, awe-inspiring catalogue of eleven studio albums and four live records.
The songsmith employs an eclectic array of musical idioms from Gospel, funk and blues to reggae and straight-up rock and roll. Catering to a cross-cultural human spirit, Harper’s candid style has carried him to trans-continental acclaim, netting two Grammys—both for his record with The Blind Boys of Alabama, There Will Be A Light—and Rolling Stone’s Artist of the Year award over the course of an enviously lengthy career. Now in his forties, Harper is still known for energetic live performances in which he becomes visibly moved, a bleeding heart stageman who surrenders to song. Check out the tour dates below and catch him if you can!
