Frontman for Motorhead, Lemmy Kilmister, cuts set short after a year of illness and cancelled shows.

After canceling a number of shows from their tour over the summer, metal band Motorhead decided to play the Wacken Open Air Festival in Germany this past weekend. However, this proved to be too soon, because their frontman, Lemmy Kilmister, who has suffered from heart problems and hematoma, cut the set after only six songs. There were also rumors that Kilmister collapsed after the sixth song and that an ambulance was seen near the venue. However, there has been no confirmation that he was in the ambulance at the time.
As MetalTalk.net reports, before becoming too weak during the show, Kilmister stated: “I’ve been ill recently – I’ve come onstage to play some rock n’ roll and fuck myself even more.” However, he appeared pale and looked as though he was struggling. Luckily, fellow band member, Doro Pesch, announced later that night that “Lemmy is doing fine…” Updates on the frontman’s health will reported as they are announced.
