After releasing video for their song “Turning Violent” last week, The Flaming Lips have revealed they also created a video for their take on the the Devo song “Gates of Steel.”

Though The Flaming Lips recently released their 13th studio album, The Terror, their latest venture cannot be found anywhere on the track list. According to Stereogum, the Lips recorded another video during the same shoot as the one for “Turning Violent,” and it’s a throwback to the 80s glam and new found fascination with television, with a very unique twist. Slowed down and grittier, The Flaming Lips’ version of “Gates of Steel” takes the carefree essence of the song and takes it for a dark turn. Watch the video for “Gates of Steel” below.
