This just in, Paramore has announced a “Self-Titled Tour” coming this fall in honor of their newly released Self-Titled album.
Beginning October 15th, the band will take off on a two month adventure tour throughout North America. They will be joined for several dates by fellow musicians Metric and Hellogoodbye.
The tour will be produced by Live Nation with tickets going on sale Friday July 26th. Tickets can be purchased through Live Nation and Tickmaster. For those official Paramore.net fans, a presale event will be held beginning July 22nd at noon EST.
The band is celebrating their recent Paramore album, which reached #1 on the Soundscan/Billboard 200 list when released this past April. Their recent celebrated single “Still Into You,” has reached all kinds of new heights including a spot on the CHR/Top 40 while receiving over 17 million views on the bands official YouTube channel.
For their first ever live performance of hit single “Still Into You,” Paramore will be performing on Fox’s 2013 Teen Choice Awards set to air August 11th. They were nominated for “Choice Music: Rock Group,” not surprisingly considering they have previously won that category four times already. In total so far, the band has been celebrated by Teen Choice Awards eight times.
